Puuuleeeaze!
I think this is a classic case of people WANTING to believe. I know I want to believe it, as sceptical as I am in light of current evidence.

Someone claims to have found something in the UW and obviously thought it important enough to make a post about it, yet not important enough to hit Prt Sc and take a simple screenshot for proof. This someone can't remember where it was even though every area of the UW is clearly defined as in the labyrinth, chaos planes, forgotten vale, spawning pools, frozen wastes, bone pits, and the serpent mountains. This someone also cannot remember what monsters were nearby even though certain mobs are relatively confined to certain areas. So, this someone basically forgot everything that would prove his findings right and only remembered that "I saw it". Welcome to the new Cow level!

Oh come on, give the OP a break.

We all should be anxious to see the outcome instead of bash him out of beligerant doubt.

I say keep on trucking

It's not worth taking a screen shot, but it is worth making a post about in the forums. How odd...

I'm giving the OP the benefit of the doubt.

I'd like to believe this just as much as everyone else but lots of people have explored the UW for vasts amount of time, how can it be that only about 2 people have said anything about her,

But if it is true, ohhh the posibilites...

at the beginning of underworld, a woman yells for Gwen and from the way she talks, i think she's Gwen's mother. and they got seperated. i think anyone who have been in UW a few can notice her.

I can back this story up. You may not believe it however, because I have very little, well none actually, evidence to back it up. One of my guildmates has mentioned it before to me, when I asked what her flute and tapestry shread were for. He said that they were for a quest in the underworld. Now I'm not certain that it is indeed gwen down there, but I am positive that it is for a quest down there. They have never led me astray before.

Gwen Run: a new industry.

If this is true, then Gwen must have ascended!

One must be ascended to descend into UW.

So she's both ascended and descended?

When the rumor about the UW crafter was going around I, too, had people I trusted tell me its true. I knew it to be false, but people will believe in strange things when a rumor gets around enough. And the rumor of gwens items being used in the UW has been going around for quite a long time yet no quest has ever been recorded.

I say what the hell. It's odd that someone (paraphrasing) "would have taken a cap of the map if it was possible," but not screencap Gwen. But if it's an excuse to get fluently familiar folk to party together for XP questing, count me in. It's going to take a little more information (what does she look like now, what kind of surroundings and which route to get there, what beasties spawn there, etc.) to get me all that excited.

You're right, it's wishful thinking, but it seems to have been the designers' intention to have some post-searing connection with Gwen. Maybe here, maybe later, it's worth an evening.
